I try to do grocery shopping on Fridays, if I can. Before the weekend hits seems to be a less hectic time for me and the stores. If I don't do it today, I'll be tempted to do it on Sunday night. But the shelves are bare on Sunday and I'm generally tired, so it takes me longer to get through my list.

So, I've pulled out the sales fliers and am thinking about our week next week before I sit down to plan our menu and grab my shopping list.  (Don't forget to download your free menu planner and shopping list!

Do you have a set day you shop or does it depend you the week?
